Am I really crazy?

Hey! I've just found this site, but I have had constant lucid dreams since I was seven. My real name is Ivan, Crazy Ivan wuz a nickname my friends gave me(probably bcuz i do so many crazy things, like snowboard off a 20 foot roof!). So, I guess in a way its kinda self-inflicted insanity!

I voted no. Who's to say you're the sane one and we're all crazy? (Crap, I've got to finish with Dostoevsky) When I first saw the name "Crazy Ivan" the first thing that popped in my head was "The Hunt for Red October." That's what I get for being a Russian major. There is absolutely NO WAY That your insane or in any way lost your sanity. One who is insane and looses there Sanity, can never admit that they have lost sanity or are insane.

thats a very simple argument, what is your reasoning behind this statement? that if you question your sanity, your not insane becasue by admiting your insane, your actually sane because you have the ability to question yourself? (very black and white representation of sanity) What if the person tells you hes insane to make you believe hes sane when in reality that person is insane, but trying to be intelligent about his absence of sanity?

Being insane doesn't mean stupid...in fact some of the greatest minds that have ever existed displayed traits that others could easily characterize as being insane. Now whether or not Crazy Ivan is insane...I voted No, only because there wasn't an \"I don't know\" option. I haven't seen enough evidence either way to make a sane decision. Now doing said actions alone...that would hold some merit in my book towards being insane. So, I guess in a way its kinda self-inflicted insanity![/b] Now that is crazy!
