I had to wait almost one year to really get the mod of the thing, really get a lucid dream that's worth.. You should wait more. |

I would suppose practice, staying with it, and keep learning more about lucid dreaming from experienced people on here or from books would help. I'm trying the CAN-WILD technique for tonight, seems the easiest of all the induction techniques I've seen: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=87710 |

"Flying is throwing yourself at the ground and missing."
Goals:
Fly a kite [] jump off of a building [] jump off of a building while dreaming []
tonight, before going to sleep attempt a WILD. Keep your body absolutely still with our hands at your sides. Keep your eyes open and count down from 100 in your mind over and over. Eventually you'll be in sleep paralysis, you'll feel vibrations and you can either jump/roll out of your body or fall asleep and your chances of realizing you're in a dream are greater as well. |
|
I think the best way to improve dream recall and therefore your chances of obtaining lucidity is to simply incorporate thoughts about dreaming into your life as much as possible. Visit Dreamviews daily and read other peoples lucid experiences and psych yourself up. Take down anything you can recall from your dreams immediately upon waking up, then read your dream journal when you're bored. |

not necessarily, think about it if you're going to get hallucinations you're going to have to be able to see them right? So keep your eyes open, this is what i've done and i get the most hallucinations out of it, make sure your room is dark though. Because if you focus enough your room will actually become the dream and you can just step out of your body. |

Apparently a bit of meditation or deep relaxation before bed can help. Just persist, imagine how glad you'll be in a year if you do. |
