      Lucid dreams and SSRI's

Ok so I just got prescribed Prozac for depression and want to know if it is going to effect my ability to lucid dream, I hear it can reduces REM dreams by like 30-40%..

Any help from someone who takes it and know's how it affects their dreams is greatly appreciated.

Hmm it can reduce REM sleep so that means you may have fewer dreams during the night.

I have been on Prozac before and was told to take it in the morning as it will then not interfere with your sleep habits. I have depression and take several medications, but the one I hate to take that interferes with my sleeping patterns and dreams is Seroquil. Hope this helped and good luck finding the best way for you to LD.
