Lol well I am glad I dont know what an orgasm feels like :) I would hate to be hooked to the masterbation drug. Actually it's impossible for me to get hooked anyway because my asexual brain would not actually enjoy the situation and instead would think "ewwwwwww what the hell are you doing???". It's impossible for me to jerk off because I actually wouldn't feel any good feeling and instead would sit their like an idiot thinking "how the hell is this enjoyable"Quote:
It seems dirty when you do it for the first time. Probably even for the second time. But if you've got an orgasm once you'll want more
It still amazes me though how all you people find out about jerking off... I had to be told about it at the age of 15 and trust me... I never wanted to touch a guys hand ever again. Asexuals are the only mature ones out there... We have evolved past the stage of needing that primitive sexual desire met. Oh and woman can't control us... "if you don't do this we won't have sex..." that's what she said "that's fine with me :)" that's what I said...
Either we figure it out by intuition, or we hear from friends or something. If you don't want to do it, then I won't bother trying to convince you, it'll probably be pointless :P
There is one thing I'd like to add. Doing it is not the same as being addicted. Though a lot of people are addicted, there are also a lot of people who aren't, but they just like to do it ( luckily, I'm one of them). Women can't just control that type of people either. And I would really love it if you wouldn't claim that asexuals are the only mature ones out there. The fact that most people are immature has something to do with the fact that they are stupid (people on DV tend to have a much higher intellect, lucky us).
I'm sure you didn't mean to be offensive, but saying that asexuals are the only mature people out there implies calling us al immature.
P.S.: fun fact, I used to refer to myself as asexual as well, but I no longer do that, because I stopped bothering with the 'I can do without, and I'll prove it'. I figured that if everyone loved it so much, it was most likely a good feeling, so I might as well try it. Broke through the barrier of finding it dirty, and it turned out to be enjoyable. But I never really got addicted (that's why I'm having it easy with the challenge) and I'm still MUCH more mature than everyone around me (not referring to anyone on DV, I'm talking about real life now).
It was easier when I didn't set a goal, I guess the word "NOT" is making one think of doing otherwise. :chuckle:
Ah don't worry about that it was just a little fun to say at that moment.Quote:

You must understand that there is a difference between asexual and chosing not to have sex to prove you can live without it. Asexuals have no sex drive... Nothing "turns us on". Masterbation is impossible for us because it requires the association or though of something at turns that particular person on. For example, some people use porn as a trigger and others just imagine that their sexual organ is some place else rather than their hands.Quote:

I don't not do it because I want to prove I can live without it... I don't do it because I actually have no sexual attraction or fetishes to anyone/anything. Another thing you must grasp is that I don't actually know what it feels like to be turned on. I have seen guys my age looking at girls they think are "hot" but I don't know what sexy/hot is. All girls are exactly the same to me however some have better personalities than others. You must understand that as an asexual I don't know what sexual attraction feels like as it is completely absent from my "feeling databank" which renders masturbation and sex completely impossible.
Anyway I don't wanna become the main focus of this thread or lead it off topic so if you have any questions about asexuality just google Aven forums and you will be able to get your question answered within minutes.
I think I'm getting it now, thx for explaining. It sounds like the sexual part of your brain isn't turned on for whatever reason. But I suppose that it is no problem if you have a great life without it, you can't miss something you don't know.
Oh, and one more thing. After reading through my comment again it sounded a bit hostile. It could just be me, but if it came across that way, I apologize. I didn't mean to be offensive in any manner.
xD Yeah, but refraining for 30 days or for 31 days doesn't make that much of a difference. If it does to you, you should've joined this in February ;)
By the way, I'm noticing that I'm starting to get pimples (I usually don't have any, I am so proud of my pimpleless handsome face D: ). It could be because of the increase of testosterone. I don't want to scare anyone off ofcourse, but if it keeps getting worse I might have no other option than to stop the challenge. But for now, I'm still in, and succesfully :)
This marks the end of day 11. :D
End of day 12.
Nobody is posting in here?
Nope, it has kind of died. 20th consecutive day of succes here :D
I kind of miss the folks trying to make the people in the challenge fail. That made for so much fun xD Read the first pages of this thread to see what I mean
Yah I know, I was there. :shadewink:
I don't have a lot of pimples, but I'd say they decreased in numbers rather than increased after a couple of weeks of this challenge. It may also be related to the fact that my diet is somewhat healthier now - I try to consume about as little sugar as possible, and I hardly ever eat junk food.
Are you talking about the flatline? I think it started when I got sick at day 33. However, I guess it's normal not to be horny whilst throwing up anyway, so it might as well have started about a week after, when I was healthy again. I'm not quite sure if I'm still in a flatline period, but atm I don't feel any desire to masturbate, I think less about sex during the day than usual, and my morning woods aren't particularly strong. So that's why I think I might still be in it. I remember having ridiculously strong erections around days 23-28 or something, and nowadays they're far from that.
