You may have seen an announcement here about the rebranding of DV's role-playing games forum. Well, the The Wonderful World of Forum RP Games needs YOU. What the area needs is activity and interest, from casual players to die-hard nerdfest overuse. Either or. Say you like the idea of writing a story with friends. Start a free-write thread. You can post a part of a story, then other people can help continue it. Say you want to vent some steam by writing furious action sequences. Start a versus thread. You can challenge other people to try to write a character to beat yours. Fuck, if O does it it must be cool. If you don't want to start something, join something. Play along. There's plenty more ideas for things you can do here. The point is, what used to be Arcane Arena had a few moments in the sun but mostly struggled to gain any recognition. Since I've said I'll put my name to a resurgence, I'm taking an interest in making people interested again. By any means necessary. Take a look around, and maybe post something. Make something. Create, you unspoken would-be artistes of the interactive fiction genre. Anything could happen. Just. Do it.

Bump I've only skimmed through some threads. There was fun content but it looks pretty dead over there. Anyone interested in sort of reviving it?
