      I'm doing a health module in school, and for a project we need to prepare a folder on basic exercising things like push ups and sit-ups, etc. and I'm ok for a little information and stuff, but I'm just wondering if anybody knows of a website where it goes into a bit of detail for stuff like that, and most importantly has pictures which show which areas of the body are worked out?
