How can I get my avatar to animate?

Because I want to make my avatar to animate but dont know the software to use or tools to make it an animated GIF to be able to upload to this website. Anybody know? Someone whos gotten theirs to animate?

Have a google for "GIF creator" or "animation creator" or something- note you can't have huge animations, the limit's 20 or so kb.

Yeah, like Kaniaz said... search google for a gif animator. Though, keep in mind - they only animate pictures you already have. So, you have to make each individual frame in another program, such as MS Paint...

All I want is to make my IZ logo to animate. I first made it too animate into an avi and mpeg but didn't know how to make it a GIF. But now that I have the software, I'll try. And for the bouncing girls, ENOUGH WITH THE BOUNCING! No offence but I'm no pervert, alright.
