Lose my Mind, by Young Buck. |

Starry starry night, paint your pallet blue and gray,
Look out on a summers day,
with eyes that know the darkness of my soul.
Born to Run by Bruce Springsteen |
|
Any song by Ciara basically, especially from her album "Evolution." |
|
I'm in a weird stage right now where I'm listening to death metal. Namely Opeth. |

Starry starry night, paint your pallet blue and gray,
Look out on a summers day,
with eyes that know the darkness of my soul.
Free Bird is the best song to end a run with. |

Things are not as they seem
Hrm...I'm not certain, I usually turn on my speaker and whatever is on, I listen to, but I find Dream Theater's "Acid Rain" gets the adrenaline flowing...particularly good while working the arms or jogging...makes you feel invincible, even if you're ready to plop. |
|
Brothers & Sisters in Dreams
Actually "Acid Rain" is a Liquid Tension Experiment song (Petrucci, Portnoy and Rudess from DT along with Tony Levin on bass)(captious, I know). Dream Theater does play it on Scenes from New York though being they are now 3/4 of LTE. Any fast paced DT song is good for working out. Train of Thought and Systematic Chaos are the best cds though for that kind of song. |
