      i thought the reason these sites got around the illegality is because they only post links, they do not host the illegal material themselves( i suppose they could claim they didn't realize it was illegal, after all it was on Google videos).

      So surely Google are the ones behind the actual copy write infringement. Do they review videos before they are put up? If so they knowingly allow illegal activities, if not, it was their responsibility to check their video were within then law.

      Just because somebody has it uploaded, doesn't mean you can link to it. As I said in another thread, it's like a guy is selling hard drugs on the street corner, and you inform people about him, so they can go get some. Can also be compared to you finding a leak in say, Microsoft's website, and while you don't want to infiltrate it, you make a website, where you tell people how to infiltrate the site.
      I'm not against tv-linking, but I'm against people trying to defend tv-linkers. It's illegal activity, that's that.

      Pretty well, Mes. I love my baby - way better than an iPod, especially after the last firmware update, though I'm not a big fan of the new software update for the program on my computer it uses - the interface isn't as easy to understand now. (That was a long sentence.)
