Hello, I use to have a diet plan and it really worked. It was one that you dieted for like 4 days and you can eat regular for the other 3 days. You can loose up to 10lbs in a week. I know that's not really good and that's why you're not suppose to do the diet every week. I want to say that for the first day of the diet it would be something like this: Breakfast: 1 toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and a half of a grapefruit, Lunch: 1 boiled egg with 1 slice of bread, Dinner: 2 slices of turkey, half a cup of carrots, and half a cup of greens. Can anyone please help me figure out what this diet was? |
