Didn't know where else to post this...

have any of you found a correlation between reading before bed and dreaming.... I use to do it all of the time and always remembered having wild dreams....than i suddenly stopped....and so did my dreams. Last night I picked up a book before bed again and had some success with dream recall as well....mind you i did also take 100 mg of B6....which could have something to do with it? but either way, just wondering if any of you have found this to be true with yourselfs?

Yes, I believe it's because when you're reading, you're using your imagination and visualization skills to play out what's happening in the book. And you're all "warmed up", if you will, for when you go to sleep. Make sense?

Like watching a movie before you go to bed. That works too.

Yes, the same thing for me, only my dreams are more vivid. There is definately a direct correlation from the two.
