I've heard of a similar accident.

A man at a beach decided to go for a swim - naked. After swimming, the man came ashore for a break. He sat on a wooden bench. After sitting there for around an hour, the man attempted to get up. He couldn't. Apparently, the water had shrunk his balls and they slipped into the little cracks between the boards of the park bench and over time, they expanded again and got caught in between the crack. Firemen were called in to help the man out.
