not at all....it does seem to be very much faster as far as I'm concerned

Well I did just notice one little bug... It says Messages (1) all the time, but I have no new PM's at all.

i actually updated that code last night...it *should* now count unread PMs instead of new PMs; can you confirm? it seems to work on my end.

of course, it is possible that that flag may still be set in the user's table (i wiped the PMs clean while the board was gone, but didn't adjust the user's flag).Each new day is a chance to turn it all around.

yah, i think that's just due to the table wipe. anyway i set everyone's unread flag to 0.

I asked their live help what the relation was between ipower and ipowerweb. Ipowerweb is their "old" site.

yah, i was wondering myself about why they had two different company names... our new package (with 100GB bandwidth) is listed on their ipower.com website, and not ipowerweb.com. they're a great host regardless.
