      Pretty cool. I'm into ametuer video myself. Here are a couple of observations, questions.

      1) It was abvious you were working with low ambient light, I noticed a little grainienss, but nowhere near what I would have expected from those lighting conditions. How did you manage it.

      2) More about the graininess, usually, that leads to quite a bit of pixilation and block noise when you reencoded, what type of encoder did you use to keep from getting these?

      3) The Pingpong balls? were they self illuminated or was that a special effect you added. If special effect, how?

      Just used a normal DV camcorder... Sony TRV 340 i think.

      Upped the brightness and adjusted the contrast so it wasn't too grainy and could still see what was going on.

      And the effect was a lens flare on the ping pong balls. I went frame by frame positioning it where the ball was so it looked like a ball of light.
