Guns N' Roses, Pink Floyd, Tool, Ozzy Osborne, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, Dream Theater, Serj Tankian, Audioslave, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Avenged Sevenfold's "Waking the Fallen" album.
Mostly the first 5 though I'd say. GnR is at the front of the list for a reason.

You could try The Kills. It's what I'm listening to at the moment. They're not to everyone's taste, but I like them.
