WOOT!

It's early in the day yet, and so far I have:
>Spoken with the DHHR and have been updated and can now call my son and set up a visit.
>I've stayed awake
>I've cleaned off 95% of the table. I just need to find a home for an extra monitor.

I'm about to eat some peaches, play some Oblivion, then sort a couple small piles of paper I took off of the table...

LifeStandsStill Cleaning never ends does it

- Read some of the DMV booklet.
- Practice playing bass for an hour...and a half!
- At least get started on the topic for essay.
Kind of failed all of those. I've been too unmotivated lately to do much of anything at all these past few days (sleep deprivation is a cruel, merciless mistress).

Seeing as how work has pretty much burned out my today, I'll just set a few small goals to accomplish before ultimately conking out for the night:

- Draw a pic. For serious this time.
- Practice playing...for at least an hour.
- ...draw another pic. Just 'cause I'm too swamped to think of anything else that won't exhaust me.

I had an exceptionally productive day. My living quarters are almost completely clean.
The only thing I didn't do was dictate or go shopping... and I'm about to head out the door to go shopping with hubby and stay the night with him. So I'll do my shopping tomorrow.

I did royally fail with my smokes though. I've been awake for 2 days and I've gone through almost 3 packs of cigarettes
My April 28th deadline is quickly approaching though. Then it's quits for GOOD...

everyone. Hope you find motivation and inspiration.

I had no goals for today because hubby kidnapped me and I just got totally free

I went shopping with hubby last night and picked up some necessities and hubby bought me a DSi so I don't have to trade my DS lite in for it.
So my goal is to play with it and learn everything about it.
I also want to get my dictation done and write out another chapter of Zechariah.
I also want to research Enlarged Circumvallate Papillae some more because I have some huge nasty bumps on the very back of my throat and the "hair" on my tongue is green. It even grossed my Dr. hubby out when I insisted he look at it lol
I also want to finish my puzzle and play some more Oblivion

Tomorrow, my number 1 goal is to call my son Myles.
Then, I want to go grocery shopping!!! And buy my Celexa!!!
And then I want to start cleaning the back bedroom which is never used and has accumulated a ton of junk.

My sleep schedule is completely screwed up. I seem to be back on my kick of staying awake for 2-3 days, catching up the next day, then staying up 2-3 days again. No wonder my body feels like it's falling apart.
I think it is very interesting that when I'm sleep deprived, first my bladder capacity is greatly reduced, my anxiety symptoms (hard time breathing mostly) flare up, and every joint aches a great deal.
It's like my body shuts off certain functions to keep me operable...

Anyhow... I didn't sleep last night and I'm on a huge Hulu kick tonight. I've been watching Journeyman and I'm so in love with it. It sucks that it was cancelled.
I've been mostly taking it easy today because I feel ill. My back has been absolutely killing me from the shopping trip with hubby (because he's much older than me and had a hernia operated on, I tend to do all the heavy lifting for him: cases upon cases of coke, and huge flats of bottled water).

>I set up my DSi and played around with it some. It's pretty cool. I love the camera functions and tools.
>I dictated almost 3 chapters of People of the Weeping Eye, but NOT Body Language.
>I only copied half a chapter of Zechariah
>I did some more research on my tongue bumps and discoloration and it's completely normal... I also researched skin tags after tying mine off having been made curious about the old wives cure.
>I have NOT finished my puzzle and I played only a little Oblivion.
>I picked up my med and got some other necessities from "Wally-World".
>I talked to my son.
>I haven't touched the back bedroom, but I drove out to our Farm and tried to replace a door knob, dropped off some things there and set off 12 flea bombs. I think the Winter killed them off because none bothered me while I was there, but I figured "better safe than sorry".
>I also called my pdoc and set up the first of my weekly sessions with him. I don't know why in the world the State wants me to see him every single week, but.....

Tomorrow, my only true goals are to: visit 3 of my children and to call the Shelter Myles is at to see if the Case Worker added me to his visitors list (which they forgot to do, so I might not see him this Sunday)...

Huh... I guess I actually had an extremely productive day afterall.

I MUST get to bed soom though if I'm going to be able to drive the hour it takes to visit my kids.
But everything on my hurts from my left ear to my toes. My throat is sore and the nymph nodes on my neck are swollen. Sleep will make those things go away for the most part, but I'm much too miserable to get comfortable enough to sleep lol

>I managed to get about 3 hours of sleep
>I had a wonderful visit with 3 of my kids
>I called the Shelter but the woman there didn't know the answer so I have to call back tomorrow
>I've felt much better today- nodes aren't as swollen, throat is hardly sore and my joints no longer ache every time I move.
>I'm spending the night with hubby tonight

I have no idea what I'll be doing tomorrow...

I've been sleeping a great deal, which means I'm sicker than I thought. I noticed brown splotches on my pillow where my ear would rest... so either my ear has been discharging nasty goo or blood. So I'm now taking a more powerful antibiotic.

Today I had a visit with my pdoc. I love that man. If I wasn't already happily married, I'd try to snatch him off the market lol.
I have to see him once a week in order to get my kids back and he disapproves of the tactics of the DHHR- he calls it Medical Prostitution (making someone see a doctor when they don't need to).
I spent most of the time talking to him about religion, but at the end, he asked what the State expects.
I told him they want us to go over the results of my psychological evaluation that another doctor gave. I asked him if he agreed with anything the other doctor wrote: Am I too passive; do I have an unhealthily dependent relationship with my husband; do I need to work on being more assertive? I said, part of the problem I have with my kids is that they walk all over me because I'm not assertive enough. He asked what he was supposed to do about that lol. He asked how he could make me otherwise. I said I didn't know and he laughed.
He said I'm not a bad person, I just have too much responsibility and no help and that I do the best I know how. He said, curing a persons flaws isn't always an option so he tries to strengthen the good qualities.

For the rest of my day, I'm going to take it easy, do some light cleaning, reading, dictating and writing...

Oh yeah... I did work on my tattoo some more. I only have one wing left to do, plus the body and antenna. The ash has taken superbly this time. The colors haven't faded at all, though one section needs to be reworked because I didn't cut deeply enough. It's healed perfectly and I'm proud of the results.

Oh no!!!
I know what I have to do today... drive into the city and renew my drivers license before the 28th.
I hope they don't need the letter they mailed me because I have no idea where it is... and I hope they don't need proof of ID, because I have no idea where my birth certificate OR social security card is

*pulls out hair*
I swear, one day I WILL be organized lol

Well, my goals completely changed.
I got a call from the new lady who monitors visitation between me and three of my kids and we're having our first parenting class in about 10 minutes.
I should still have enough time to make it to the DMV, but I'll call them first and see what I actually need to bring.
I found my SS card in the car, but it's still under my previous married name and I have no idea where my marriage license is :stress:
BUT, I got a ton of cleaning done... plus, I finished my tattoo in the wee hours and then I had to chase down the dog who broke the cord from her runner. She came home easily though. She was about 2 "yards" over and with half the cord dragging behind her and nicely exhausted from running around for at least a couple hours.
So... all in all, I've had a very productive day so far.

Now... if only I could finish the book of Zechariah. It's not like it's an enormous book. What am I ever going to do when I go back and write the really long ones (like Psalms)!
I started with the "12 minor prophets" and I only have one more to go after this (I think). I NEED to get in gear!!!!!
I also need to finish dictating "Body Language".
I'll try to do those 2 things tonight.

Well, today was an epic failure, and it's only 1:00.

X Woke up and accidentally fell back asleep, thus making me miss my first bus.
X Checked the bus schedule and tried to catch a later bus to get to class. Waited for about an hour before I realized that I had misread the schedule (the bus I wanted had actually come 20 minutes before I got to the bus stop), and catching the next bus would have been pointless since class would be over by the time I got to school, so...no class today. NOT good.
X Feeling like crap, went to KFC to drown my sorrows in chicken and root beer. Spent $6.94 on my food.
X Then I figured I might as well blow some more money before heading home, since the music store was right across the way. Picked up some new strings for my bass - cost $44.25. Now WHAT strings are worth that kind of money? Jesus help me.

And now - after wasting so much time and money - I figure I'm probably gonna go back to bed. A perfect end to a shitty morning.

Just hang in there. All of us have set backs at one point in time or another (like me pigging out on too much cheesecake the other day!).
I hope the weekend will be kinder to you.

I am thoroughly exhausted. I spoke with the parenting class woman (Stephanie) for about 2 1/2 hours, just giving her background info and getting to know her... I'm going to be spending about 5 hours a week with her going over info with me... NOT what I was expecting, but she's nice enough
Then, at 3:30 I decided to go to the DMV afterall. By the time I got gas, it was 4:01 and it's about a 40 minute drive to the place. I made it there in about 25 minutes, watching my speed the entire time because there were speed traps everywhere. I saw at least 4 people getting tickets.
I made it to the DMV, gave them my old license and proof of residency. Ugh... the proof was unacceptable, so I went back to my car to scavange through old mail. Thankfully, I haven't completely cleaned out my car yet.
After 3 or 4 failed attempts, I found a bill mailed 01/29/09. I thought for sure they wouldn't accept it (90 day limit), but she did. Then they asked for my social security card and I thought for sure I was screwed. When I married my hubby back in 2001, I never changed the name on it from my former married name.
But they put it through anyhow. *whew*
I didn't get out of there until after 5:30.

Then I stopped at Walmart to get the dog another runner and me some more wipes and x-acto blades... came home, fixed the dogs runner and came here.

I didn't sleep last night and I'm really feeling it now lol.
But I got a lot done and can begin next week with a clean slate.

My picture didn't turn out half bad either. I put my makeup on while driving (it's so second nature I don't have to look in a mirror), but my hair was extremely greasy. I just pulled it back into a tight ponytail I have a weird smirk on my face though

I feel almost depressed lol
I have a parenting class today and she's going to want to know how much I liked or disliked the food I bought last Friday.
I'm amazed by how little I've eaten. In 5 days time, all I've eatten is most of a box a Frosted Mini Wheats Blueberry, 4 slices of bread, 3 oz of chocolate covered plumbs and 15 eggs. Oh yeah, I've drank two of my Special K chocolate Protein Shakes as well.
And you want to know the real bitch of it all?- my hubby still picks on me for eating too much and for eating unhealthy, fattening foods (the eggs). I'd almost swear the man is TRYING to give me an eating disorder.

My goal is to eat some Hearts of Romaine and a peanut butter sandwhich. I have no appetite though.
How can I NOT be losing weight when I barely eat anything? WOOT, I take that back. I lost 2 pounds last week. MY goal is to get back down to 105 or 110. Hubby's goal is for me to weigh 98 pounds again, but he can "bite me" I don't feel healthy when I weigh that little. 105 was perfect for me though. I'm currently at 123.

Oh yeah, my other goal is to turn in my Chantix (sp) prescription for help to quit smoking. I quit this past April 28 but I've lapsed more than a few times.
I also need to turn in some over-due books, re-check out People of the Weeping Eye and Body Language, and check out something on making jewlery.
Seeing how I don't have to buy many groceries this week, I can buy some beads and string or wire and make a bracelet I've been thinking about and redo my choker. I need to learn how to properly tie off the ends.
I guess I should buy a glue gun too....

**Edit**
I also have to buy my dog another water bowl. Something extra heavy-duty, because she's chewed up her last two lol

Bah! This is very gross but humourous... I weighed myself this morning and I was back at 130 pounds. I just went to the... ahem... restroom and was curious and weighed myself and I'm back at 125 rofl

I have basically been eating nothing. 3 oz of chocolate covered plumbs is all I've had in 2 days, other than 2 protine shake water and a Boost.
I've been getting lots of exercise by doing yard chores.
I went to the library and turned in my books and checked out 4 more. I was very happy to find the "Comprehensive Book of Body Language" by Barbara and Allan Pease which had previously been checked out.
But I was disappointed in the jewelry making selection. They only had one book that looked promising.
I also checked out a big book on Optical Illusions that I'm going to take with me to tomorrow visitation with my kids. They'll get a kick out it.

My main goal for today is to get to the pharmacy and pick up my stop smoking med and hubby's milk.
I also need to climb onto the roof of the RV to make sure the patch is sticking.

Other than that, I'm just bumming about, watching movies and wishing I had more plumbs. I'll probably make some egg salad for a sandwich instead.

**Edit**
Goals accomplished

I'm almost afraid of Chantix so I hope I don't cause my fears of it to happen (I took Wellbutrin to stop smoking 10 years ago or so and it made me homicidal/suicidal to an extreme)
I ate liver and part of a salad instead, then I went to Arby's and had a small fry and half of a sandwich.
My hubby's been off all week and tonight is the first time I'll be staying with (in about 2 or 3 weeks!) I have a bad feeling that he's going to give me the third degree even though he sounds okay over the phone.

Today's goal was to call xbox and see if mine is covered. It is. Finally, a large weight lifted from my shoulders.

Tomorrow's goals:

Wake up on time for school
Call Ipod and bargain to get a new one (maybe)
Get a new journal so I can start writing again

Happy to hear about your XBox. I'm afraid to play mine during the day (the RV reaches the upper 80's). We've had 3 to die. One was turned in and covered, the other was exhanged and the other is just laying around. My new one is an Elite and I'm babying it.
Hope you met your goals!

My goals for tomorrow are simple:
Have a parenting class
Not to sleep all day
Put the baby bunny outside for some fresh air after securing the lid to her cage.

My cat must be so ticked off at me. Twice now I've stolen her lunch. I've gone outside to see her with baby rabbits between her paws. I saw "skitt" and she backs off just enough for me to grab the fightened critter. The last one was given away. This one I've kept and bought a tank for. I doubt it lives though (they never have yet in all my life of trying "rescue" wild animals). It has a cataract on one of it's eyes
It's about a month old.

Finally have some time to actually come in here and set some goals now that classes are finally finished. (It's like a ten ton weight has been lifted off of my chest.)

-Play bass for at least an hour

-Make some more video game music bass tabs for Ultimate Guitar

-Start composing a new song (or at least make significant progress with a preexisting song I've begun making)

-Draw a few pics

-Do at least half an hour of hard bike riding

-Work on the script for game

-Deposit my paycheck

Great goals! I hope you meet them.

My goals for tomorrow are:

Sleep for ONLY 8 hours!!!!!
Clean, pack, exercise etc. for 4 hours
Study for the Bookstudy on Thursday.
Continue to NOT smoke.
Work on my 1,000 piece puzzle *sigh* I worked on it for 6 hours today and I'm only at 25% completion lol

I let the baby bunny go. It didn't move an inch in over 12 hours, so I figured it had a better chance on its own. I walked around outside until I found what looked like a den. I set the bunny down and after a few minutes I started thinking maybe it wasn't a rabbit den at all lol. I reached down to pick her up and she moved deeper into the den so I left her alone.
A couple hours later I heard an animal screaming. It was either a bird or bunny being eaten by one of many stray cats. I hope the baby wasn't breakfast though...

>Deposited my check
>Did a half hour of hard bike riding (I say "hard" because my legs felt like Jello afterward)

Didn't get to anything else because A) I got a late start on my day, B) I had to revise my final essay for English (man, and I thought I was done with school), and C) I'd totally stay up and do those things were it not for the fact that I've gotta work tomorrow, something I totally forgot about in the excitement of having a day off on Monday.

I'll do some of that other stuff tomorrow, assuming I don't immediately lie down on my bed and crash after getting home from work.

Ugh... (((((Lezen))))) I hate remembering stuff after I get my hopes up and make plans!

Much success to you CreativeName!

I accomplished most of my goals. The only thing I didn't do was work on my puzzle... but my eyes and brain are feeling too "floogally" for that.
I managed to get the bed cleaned off and I'm going to **TRY** to start sleeping on it.
If nothing else, I can always escape back there during the heat of the day (the AC works back there).

Tomorrow's goals are to micromanage my life, have my parenting class, go to my congregation meeting, write letters for 1 hour.

My pdoc made a great point when I saw him yesterday. It's so simple I don't know why I never thought of it sooner.
He says there's 24 hours in a day which should = 8 for sleep, 8 for work, 8 for play.
So I'm going to try to expand on that.

8 for work=
(I don't have a job and currently have no real home or my kids so.....)
2 hours cleaning, organizing, packing things for the Farm (where I'll be moving to in about 2 months)
1 hour Letter Witnessing (writing letters to people in my community)
1 hour Bible Study
2 hours parenting class (3 days a week- self study the other days)
2 hours self-improvement (exercise, research etc)

8 hours sleep=
hopefully at one time lol

8 hours play=
no problem. Play doesn't need managed. I could spend 24 hours on playing
BUT... 1 hour is automatically taken away for bedtime gaming (if I can't sleep, playing "Glyph" helps knock me out)
1 hour eating (I'm a very slow eater and always have been lol... but, I watch a movie while I eat so...)
30 minutes Hygiene
30 minutes exercising (yeah, I know it's already in another section )
1 Hour leisure reading
Which leaves 4 hours for video games and movies

It is my ULTIMATE desire to micromanage every second of my life lol. I'm so disorganized, undisciplined and chaotic that I've yearned for such structure all my adult life.

Looks like I'm taking another rain check on my miscellaneous goals, as my boss has rather suddenly offered the chance for me to go into work tomorrow. Not that I even want to go in on my off-day in the slightest, but...money's money. I can't refuse, really.
