The Smiles

I like using the smiles and I feel that the site doesnt have enough so I try go to another site to use more smiles. But when I use them, they don't work Example- la: from http://www.myopinion.it/misc.php?do=showsmilies I've seen others use different ones, but I have no idea how they do it Any help please?

You have to link to the picture when it's uploaded on a website, like: http://www.mydomain.com/smileyes/mysmiley.jpg But with the "pic" tags around it.

well i know how to put a picture from the web into a post...but how do you upload a pic from a computer to a post...its not possible though, and i dont have a web page. oh well, it sucks. It would probably end up with massive server space usage (and bandwidth usage), and people uploading pictures just because they can. I use free web hosting providers. Espcially freewebs.com, because they keep forgetting to update my bandwidth usage counter
