Taking sleeping pills will most likely put you in deep sleep, a bit deeper than the REM / dream state. |

I apologize if this has been asked before, I see a lot of threads from a few years back with the same name but I haven't been able to sleep recently and in the past two days I haven't had any dreams either. I hate staying up till 4 in the morning so I'm going to take a pill. |

Thanks, I think I'll try it tonight and if I don't really have a dream or recall anything I'll try and put my sleep schedule back on track. |

There are many different herbal teas that can also help bring on sleep. I have had much success with California Poppy (hugely effective), Catnip (very effective), Lemon balm (quite effective), and Oat straw (fairly effective). There are also many others (e.g. valerian, lavender, skullcap, damiana, passion flower). |

Thank! I've never really drank tea before, but I'll definitely look into these |
