So I'm currently taking whey protein and creatine. I was wondering if this can affect Lucid Dreams at all. I had my first two LDs in close proximity when I first started creatine but I don't know if that was a fluke or not. I haven't had much luck since. You're knowledge would be greatly appreciated here |

I would say everything you do has to do with LDing. When you LD you are trying to be conscious and aware that you are dreaming. Everything that we feel, eat, do, don't do, how much energy we have. It all has to do with our awareness of what is around us. As for your problem with not being able to LD, have you tried practicing ADA and RC's together? |
