      most powerful lucid dream suppliment?

      Anyone know what the most powerful and effective lucid dream suppliment is out there? anyone had experiences with any?

      Hey there, i don't use supplements but check out the Lucid Aids subforum. I also moved this thread to said subforum.

      From what I hear, galantamine + choline is the most popular and effect lucid aid in terms of supplements. Never tried it myself, but I do take vitamin B6 every now and then. B6 gives me a small but noticeable boost in my recall and clarity; it's not a magical 100% lucid dream pill, but it helps.
