      What should i use?

      I was currently going to get melatonin and B-6, mabye DMAE too
      Are these a good combination or is there something else i could try (I orignally wanted to do Choline+Galantamine, but i cant get galantamine where i am)

      Melatonin is good for falling asleep quickly. It also tends to be associated with somewhat unruly dreaming (at least according to a lot of anecdotal evidence).

      Vitamin B6 is great for improving memory (and therefore dream recall), but it counteracts sleeping. So it should probably not normally be taken before bedtime, but only at WBTB-time).

      DMAE is a choline source, and can be taken at any time. If you are choline deficient, it will improve all sorts of mental functioning. If you are not choline deficient, it will probably not do very much.

      Huperzine A is an alternative to Galantamine, but it will probably be a little less effective.

      Fish oil can improve dream vividness.

      Caffeine can improve awareness. Coupled with L-theanine it may be quite useful.

      Other than that, search through this subforum - it is littered with suggestions and annecdotes.
      So ... is this the real universe, or is it just a preliminary study?
