tonight, i will be attempting something different: taking a B-complex pill (150 mg) and also eating a banana BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP. later in the night, i will do a WBTB.

So far, i have tried both of these by themselves. the results were:

WITH BANANA: woke up around 4 ish, stayed awake for 10 minutes and went back to sleep. had EXTREMELY vivid HI, but was not able to WILD.

WITH B-COMPLEX: absolutely nothing. however i believe taking both of these will do something.

results will be posted tomorrow. WISH ME LUCK

      results: absolutely nothing.

Hey, same here. If anything at all, snippets of dreams are vivid. But I stopped for the better.

Well, I've been experimenting with the amount of dreams you can recall and the vividness: the influence of vitamine B on them. I've noticed that taking more or less pills doesn't really influence the amount of dreams you can recall, or the vividness. I think you need a certain dosage, but after that dosage, taking more vitamine B doesn't really influence the vividness of dreams that much. At least, that's what I think.
      Sure, why not?

well, if anyone is interested in my results.
I haven't tried eating bananas but a doctor prescribed me Calcium, Magnesium and B6 (don't know the dosage though - but it's a lot in total).
I have it to balance my sleep "patterns?" and to calm me down (nerves).

I found out quite soon several things.

I do remember more dreams than before. it was like 3-4 a night. Now it's like 6. Vividness does not change.

But my luciity level was somewhat influenced. Normally when I get lucid, I have full control of everything (even though sometimes not. but this was rare). Now I have more lucid dreams where my control is lowered.

And for the sleep problem....I can sleep and I really sleep for over six hours. (happy)

I have started taking B-Complex. It has lots of the different kind of B vitamins including B-6.
I didn't realize until after I took it that it was also for LDing!

I was happy when I remembered that. Not only do I feel more energetic since starting to take it (1 a day, sometimes I skip a day or two to give myself a break).

So far, no LD but it has been a tiring week because school just got back in.

Maybe this weekend I will have a LD with my sleeping in longer.

I will keep you all posted!
