I've been Lding for about 3 months now and have been doing ok with gaining lucidity but just wondered if anyone has been using voice recordings while they sleep (hypnosis-styled) to help gain lucidity.

I havn't tried this and wanted to know what your opinions are if you have tried it.

Actually... the first one is supposed to make you more aware and the second is supposed to actually come through to your dreams (you hear it while dreaming). But whatever....

Im not sure if its OT, but it is using audio to help lucidity. Does listening to music at night help, say, if you fall asleep focusing on it so when you dream you know that the your asleep because of the music
