      hey folks...ive had these 2 mp3's for a while...but i must let u know something before u download it..

      what i have is a HALF of ONE thing..

      Imagine a casette tape, it has 2 sides...well i have "2 tapes" but only 1 side of each..


      what im giving you is TAPE 1....Side 1...i dont have side 2..

      I also have TAPE 2, side 1, but not side 2...

      the part i am giving you is 45mins long...and what its made for is (if u have both sides) its suppose to put you to sleep into a dream state, and wake you up after 90mins...but sadly i only have one side...BUT! the good thing is, it gets your body really really relaxed and your mind focused...when i first listened to it a couple years ago, the first night i shut it off and basically fell asleep--or i thought i did, but i was "woken up" by the guys voice from the mp3--he was speaking loud and clear--so it might have been some good HI..

      anyways, just try it out..if anything, it will put you in a good state of mind for trying WILD..
