      Here they are!

      I used the earth's frequency of 7.5 hz with 10 hz for the resulting wave to be 3.5 hz a good low theta freq. What I find most effetive is the background modualtion but I've been having a little bit of trouble with the start of it (it's kinda rough and shocking). Any help in improving it would be great.

      Any and all comments are useful. Positive and degative feedback is necessary to improve the preset.

      I found it pretty relaxing for the first few seconds, but couldn't listen anymore because I don't have any headphones that work on my computer without major background noise sadly. What is the purpose of this recording (relax, sleep, etc.)? I am wondering, as it seems pretty nice. Maybe i'll try it later as an mp3 on my Ipod.
