Red face How's this for "everything possible"?

OK, so last night I took everything I could, here's the list:

      Twice my usual B6 (2x250mg)
12mg melatonin (4x3mg) haven't taken any for over a week.
      3 pieces of dark chocolate
      3 slices of real cheese
An extra V8 (so 2 for the day)
2 glasses of Splash (V8 fruit juice, mostly carrotjuice)

Then while I was on night-duty with the baby I watched the Saltcube video again from start to finish. (couldn't hurt, right?)

Then I swapped out my .mp3 for a .flac (I'd been reading about how compression can reduce effectiveness) and looped the Brainwave Mind Voyages Series XII Track 07 (Inducing Lucid Dreams & OBE) all night.

Results? No lucidity but the MOST dreams I've ever had. Period.

I had 5 dreams total. 3 were absolutely epic, lasting for hours (it seemed) one even for "weeks" (bion!) and 2 "shorties". All were very vivid. The really long one left me feeling messed up upon waking (emotional hangover). I'm going to post them all in my journal later when I get the time to type it all out, I suspect it's going to amount to something like 3 pages handwritten, I've got all my jot-notes from sitting on the can this morning and they add up to nearly 3/4 of a page alone.

      smooches,

Now that's what I call dedication. The only thing you didn't do is wire some electrodes to your head to give you a jolt when you started dreaming. lol.

At least you had some great dreams. Be thankful for that.

BTW, I like your picture of the guy sleeping.

      That's Homer Simpson sleeping, iadr

Anyway, nice job on getting that many dreams in one night. Just make sure you don't end up getting addicted to medications

Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had
