I think the mulitvitamins work well too. I take one before bed (if I remember) and did notice that when I didn't take one my recall usually suffered a bit. I'm going to have to keep more detailed info about my pre sleep practices. |

everyone is always talking about specific vitamins, i find multivitamins work great, a more convenient way to get all the specific vitamins |

I've started taking a multivitamin again recently and I havn't really noticed an increase in dreaming (getting up for school ruins it). One thing about a multivitamin is that the doses of each are much smaller than a pill for one specific vitamin. Even if it doesn't help dreaming, its still a good idea to get your vitamins. |

its clarified. i usually remember all my dreams, but yesterday i forgot to take it, that night i remembered none of my dreams and i didnt know about not taking it, so its not a placebo |

Yeah I get some multi-vitamins today. Only has 50mg of B6, whereas the suggested number I've seen a few times is 100mg. If these don't work I'll head out to a chemist rather than using the supermarket vitamin aisle and get the real deal. |
