I'm gonna try this tonight. I was drinking last night so doesn't that mean I'll get more REM sleep tonight? Or.. Something along those lines..? Is the MP3 meant to have those fuzzy sounds in the background or is it just my computer being retarded?

Ah okay. How loud does it need to be playing? Because if I have it on too loud I won't be able to sleep and if it's too quiet I won't realise I'm dreaming.

This is a tricky question, you will have to find the right volume through trial and error. Me personally being a light sleeper i tend to have the volume pretty low so i can just about hear it. I tried it last night but I couldn't get to sleep because the voice was annoying me. Maybe tonight I should try it on a lower volume.
