      caffeine pills

So, I have some Green Tea pills (kind of like low-dose NoDos) and I plan on taking one every morning after six of hours sleep before returning to bed for another 1.5-2 hours. Caffeine makes me more conscious.. do you think this will work before it really wakes me up?

Has anyone else ever tried this?

never tried with caffeine pills... I tried drinking coffee a couple of times, and it didn't do much. I do know that B-6 works wonders with WBTB though!

      Good luck on your experiment.

      Progress..

Oh I'm glad yotu're interested. I haven't been able to sleep that well lately and have been trying lots of new methods so when I wake up I've just been leaving the green tea pill. It's still there.

But I've done this in the past and the result has definitely been more vivid dreams, though I've never become lucid directly through this. I'll try and experiment this week and post updates.
