now, i don't want to give all the credit of the dream i had last night (most vivid and real i've had in.. years.. but then i am a complete newb here) to this track.. as i also listened to both the subliminal mp4s listed on this forum before hand... this dream wasn't a lucid (and not in my journal yet) but i believe that either this mp3 or a combination of it and ninja's subliminal tracks helped me to remember my dream... and if it help ME to remember.. i figure it can't hurt for others to try... anyway.. the website is sleepphones dot com/downloads... i'm not endorsing the product at all, and there are three mp3s available there for download free... two for dream induction and one for sleep... "uninduction" (??) if this is a legal post and in the right section, please let me know if you have similar results... i tried the "to dreams unsettled" one last night and i'll try the "newport waves" tonight... as i said, these do have binaural beats in the background, but the base frequency is a bit low so they're easy to forget about (i assume that if youre not thinking about them that's all the better since theyre there either way) both tracks are a little over 30 mins in length... enjoy...

I'm going to try them. I'm just working on dream recall, now. So maybe this will help. Thanks a lot. Edit* DO NOT listen to these if you're tired, and don't want to sleep! I just put one on and my head fell, I was almost asleep after a few minutes. I like it though!

yay... at least theyre successful in helpig more than just me get to sleep... i think i've come close to a few wilds listening to them... get into full SP and then bleh... maybe not wilds, but wids anyway... glad to hear there's been some success
