interesting results with B-complex and Zinc

      hey all,
i've done this twice so far and both times i've gotten the same result.
i usually sleep around 11 pm and these two times i did this, i had incredibly vivid and long dreams. no lucids, but INCREDIBLY vivid.

i take 1/2 of a B-complex 125mg pill, and 1 50mg zinc pill. zinc is supposed affect the brain to increase REM among other things. anyway, i take the vitamins at around 7pm. so 4 hours before sleeping.

anyone want to try this and report back?

dang, if I had decent b-complex pills I would. The ones we have in the medicine cabinet suck. The contain:

      vitamin c 300 mg
      thiamin 15 mg
      riboflavin 10.2 mg
      niacin 50mg
      vvitamin b6 5mg
      panothenic acid 10 mg

I've never tried these... Will they help dreams at all???

I think I'm going to buy some good ones tomorrow since it's on my mind now.

      I'm guessing b-complex is b6 which I take 200 mg doses of.

When I take it my dreams feel like an hour long. It's pretty awesome.
