      Melatonin + Seroquel

      Hi there.

I have been looking for a similiar thread, but found none.

Does anyone of you have experiences in taking both melatonin and seroquel in the evening. I am taking about 200mg Seroquel + 3 mg melatonin, the first time last night. The problem is, Seroquel is a prescription drug that makes you very drowsy so i figured i maybe should take half the dosis of melatonin (1.5 mg).

The reason why i want to take melatonin too is because seroquel makes you sleep but it is a narcotic-like sleep. melatonin should increase the quality of sleep so the dreams are more vivid.

I wouldnt mix sleep aides with out consulting your doctor. When i took them seperate they made me dream more vividly so i guess taking them together would make your dreams even more clear.

Seeing as how Seroquel is a prescription-only treatment for schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder, the ONLY responsible place to get information regarding its use is from your doctor. This is not the place to be discussing it.
