Virtual Sticky Notes:

The link above will take you to a freeware program you can download and install. Create a new sticky note and Lock it, so it is always covering your screen no matter what program you have open. I have 2 on my screen, one yellow, one green. I have typed, "I remember now" on one and "Am I dreaming?" on the other, without quotes. I have selected 24 font so it fills the box.

I make sure that everytime I have to drag/move a note, to see what is behind it - which is often - I take time to READ IT. Not only do I READ IT but I understand it. I put some thought energy into it. I imagine that I am in a dream and reading it. I imagine the dramatic REALIZATION of "getting it" and becoming lucid. A reality check is only good if you really play the part. If you just mouth the words without any feeling or emotion, it is useless.

Furthermore, change the font type and size once a week, and the background color.

The brain takes NEW information as requiring analysis. Any input that it knows, will be quickly overlooked, but NEW items in the environment require careful analysis. That's the theory.
