      Sleep Tracker device

Has anyone here ever tried a Sleep Tracking device? It seems like a useful tool to have, particularly for those experimenting with supplements. The device (worn as a watch) records the data as you sleep, which can then be uploaded to your PC. It also has a vibrating alarm, which may be directly useful in becoming lucid. For example, you could set it to vibrate during REM, which would hopefully alert you to the fact that you were dreaming (without waking you up completely), much like the LED's of dream masks.

      Thanks for the info.

I searched a bit, and this is their official site, with some more info:

      I also found a review: http://www.digitalreviews.net/review...-reviewed.html

I think this thing could be useful for the DEILD technique. It can wake you up during REM, and you can try to re-enter the dream.

Maybe you could modify it somehow so that whenever it detects REM sleep it will vibrate!

      I came upon this yesterday!

You can't customize it, but it does vibrate during 'almost awake' moments, which happen during REM.
