I have tried taking B6 before - I used to try 500mg but didn't notice any affects of taking it, either pre or post experimentation. |

I've tried b6 and it definitely helped my vividness. I haven't been taking it that long, and I'm on a break right now, and am pretty much back to the type of dreams I was having before. Recall of about 2 to 3 a night and fair to moderate vividness. |

33 LD's (22 DILD, 3 DEILD, 8 WILD) and counting.
I have once taken this combination. I first took B6 200 at around 6 30, then i took Melatonin 3 about an hour an a half later, then about 30 mins before i went to bed (11:00) i took some Choline 250. That night, i was able to have dream recalls, but they all seemed jumbled up. If i would have concentrated to remember them when i woke up (like i am starting to do now) i think i would have have better results. |

i took 1000mg of b6, 400mg valerian, and 5mg melatonin. couldnt sleep at all, my brain was on a whole other level, moving faster than i could comprehend and tonight im going with 200mg of b6 and i'll let you know |
