      Have Any Food's Been PROVEN To Induce LD's?
      I Have Heard That Garlic, Cheese, Milk And Chocolate Work But Has It Been Proven?

      None work consistently, unfortunately. I think things that slightly upset you or disturb your sleep somewhat may be what usually does it, not a certain kind of food.
