I took Vit B Complex pills but they din't really help in lucidity. I am able to fall back to sleep faster but they made my dreams more difficult to become lucid. The dreams are too bazzare and affects the dreamsign appearing hence no lucidity... |

I am going to try taking Vitamin B6 to see if that actually helps with lucid dreaming. |

I had good luck with 100 mg B6 the first few nights I took it. Now it doesn't work as well for inducing lucidity, but it still gives me crazy awesome recall, and some really trippy, psychedelic dreams, especially wrt events near the end of the dream. |

In dreams of unspeakable joy—of restored friendships; of revived embraces; of love which said it had never died; of faces that had vanished long ago, yet said with smiling lips that they knew nothing of the grave; of pardons implored, and granted with such bursting floods of love, that I was almost glad I had sinned—thus I passed through this wondrous twilight. —George MacDonald

Folks, I asked this question of Dominick at Lucidity. He is in charge of their substance research. He answered that they could find no link between B6/12 and lucidity. |
