Thinking of planting mugwort...

I was thinking of planting some mugwort, I've heard it increases vividness, recollection, and control of dreams. (http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...7&postcount=11) So if I do grow it, how do I take it? Just eat a leaf? Or do I grind it up and make tea with it or something? Anyone with any knowledge in this area would be appreciated.

Do I smoke it or something? I'd have to do it while no ones home though, I'm only 15.

http://www.erowid.org/herbs/mugwort/mugwort.shtml It can be smoked or made into a tea. If you do decide to do it, don't use it days in a row, the drugs are not quickly eliminated and they can build up in your system and cause side effects. Either way you ingest it start with a small dose.

sounds like a lot of work for a more vivid dream I would just eat a banana or chocolate! or a chocolate-covered banana! that seems to work fine for me, and it's delicious

Yeah I suppose it's a bit of work, but I have nothing to do other than school and lacrosse. What else is a 15 year old kid suppose to do in his spare time? (Besides have any kind of a social life, of course!)

Soooo, anyone wanna walk me through how to make a mugwort joint?

its better out of a pipe. if needed you can make a tiny home made pipe out of a bic pen, remove the metal tip, remove the pens innards and discard, put the metal tip back on backwards by jamming it very hard. break the mugwort up into small pieces, but not powder. make sure mugwort is dry. pack it up and toke it. don't take more than a few hits (which is all you need) or the plastic will start to melt and thats toxic and taste bad.
