      Lucid Dreaming Audiobook

I've recently come in possession of an audio book (which claims it's author is Steven Laberge ) some of the audio files include

      "
01 - Steven LaBerge - Present State Of Consciousness~ MB
      02 - Steven LaBerge - Guided Reality Test.mp3 6.24 MB
03 - Steven LaBerge - Mnemonic Induction Of Lucid ~.mp3
04 - Steven LaBerge - Dream Lotus And Flame Technique~.mp3
      05 - Steven LaBerge - Trance Induction Of Lucid Dr~.mp3 25.6 MB
      06 - Steven LaBerge - Trance Induction Of Lucid Dr~.mp3 25.6 MB
      "

I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience/success with this series and if someone could tell me exactly how to use this.

      Thanks, Conundrum.

I have these audio books as well I think they are Laberge authentic. They didn't work awfully well for me but then that might just be me. Good luck.

the top 4 are part of his course in lucid dreaming.

The bottom 2 are from his lucid dreaming book cd.

Last night I listened to most of those and then set a file I found on the forums entitled "the ultimate lucid induction" to play on a loop along with a file called "lucid remix", I didn't have any lucid dreams, but at least I'm focusing more and more on my intent to have one. this should help, right?

The mp3's may help, but motivation is the key.

I'm pretty motivated or atleast I think that I am. Tonight I'm going to try some more audio files that I found in the above "audio repository" topic, along with some WBTB, with that and my intent on having a lucid I'm hoping to have some good results.

This guys post sums it up really well if you wanna do something good.
I had 2 back to back last night. I just set my mind that I'm gonna do the wild method and master it... I haven't looked back.

I haven't had any success with the audio files that you have listed above, but I found "Controlling Your Dreams" by Stephen LaBerge in the iTunes catalog a while ago and just last night I had three lucid dreams from it.

I basically put eight copies of it on my iPod (it runs 51:47) and fell asleep listening to it.

During my dreams his voice would be there and would get my mind thinking about lucid dreaming. Then I would realize "Oh hey, I am dreaming".

So I am going to do it again tonight and see if the results are duplicated. It has given results in the past too, so I am fairly sold on using it as a way to consistently get lucid.
