Yeah, I use an old flux capacitor from a Delorian to charge my mind with positive lucid ions.
Only thing is I need the 1.21 gigowatts to power it. Or get to 88 miles per hour to generate it.

yea. im pretty sure thats BS. you can make your own ring out of duct tape, and if you believe it will work, it'll prolly be more helpful than that expensive peice of metal.

well i thought of this and bought a cheap 15 dollar silver ring and, after a day or so, and i had my first lucid dream, when ever i see the ring i know im in reality and if its not there im dreaming, so im in a dream and notice my lack of ring and triggered the lucid dream, it fadded quickly but i was aware of it. So i think a ring in general works fine, easy hard to lose and normal check, (a reality check that dose attract atention of others)

Hmm, interesting way to do reality checks. I have a silver ring that I wear sometimes with a yin-yang on it. I should switch to wearing that all the time. When I first got it I thought it could be used as a reality-checking device, but unfortunately I never made the connection of ring --> do reality check. I'll try to do it again, though.
Always know sometimes think it's me
But you know I know when it's a dream
I think I know I mean yes, but it's all wrong
That is I think I disagree
