      Vitamin B6 + Tuna Fish (Tryptophan)

      I've been taking B6 for about a month now with absolutely no effects whatsoever. And I just stumbled across some information that tryptophan is pretty much required for B6 to metabolize into serotonin. I'm guessing this is why I haven't noticed any effects when taking 330mg of B6 a week.

      SO, I'm going to try eating tuna fish once in the afternoon and once a few hours before bed. I'm hoping this helps out the B6 Supplement. I also checked out the foods that contain tryptophan and I can already tell I probably have a deficiency because I hardly eat any of the foods. Wish me luck!

      Luck! But, be careful. I used to use tryptophan and B6 supplements to enhance lucids, and now they simply don't work at all for me. Shame, because my lucids uses to be amazing on them! May I ask why the 2 hours delay before bed and why during the day? Just curious is all.

      No reason really, I just would think spreading the meals out across the day would be enough time for the Tryptophan to spread throughout my body.

      I'm still wondering when I should be taking my B6 Vitamin though, because I have no clue on how long it takes for it enter my system. I use the regular white water dissolved type. If anyone knows when a good time to take them would be please let me know. Thanks!
