About the DreamZ app

Hello! This is my first post. I am active on a Dutch LD forum where I try to learn to become lucid in dreams with a friend of mine. Anyway, I saw some posts about the app DreamZ, which I have myself. I used it now for two days, and the audio cue woke me up. So I set the volume on 40% now. Hopefully it won't wake me. Basically, the goal of this app is to make you lucid and/or make you feel more refreshed or make you remember your dreams much better. It detects your sleep phases by your movements by putting it on your matress and it will play a sound at your REM phase. You could also record your own voice so I recorded 'You are now dreaming, You are in a dream' so if I hear it it can make me realize that I am dreaming. My question, who has any Experiences with it? I just got this app today. Plan to start using it tonight. Did you have to calibrate it first? I've noticed that there are a lot of Lucid Dreaming apps on iTunes. Let me know how you progress with it, and I'll do likewise. Dennis.

Hello! It will calibrate itself in the first 3 nights. If you don't feel that it is working well you can set the sensitivity in the settings. I think it could work pretty wel, but you need to play an lil with the volume to get it on the right volume so you don't wake up and that you hear it in your dreams. But i'll do!
