I have used bedtime yogi tea, bananas, chocolate, cheeze, milk with good results, going to try mustard and orange juice tonite. Maybe I will do a banana, dark chocolate, blue cheeze, mustard, orange juice and wash it all down with Yogi "Bedtime Tea" and hold on to the sides of my bed. I will either take off flying or get sick. I have also done the galantamine, choline, etc, etc, etc. Just keep trying and something will work. |
