      OMG. Yes. Dissonant music! DISSONANT!

      http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...d.php?p=898655

Dopamine occurs when the brain hears unknown, really dissonant music, e.g. Stravinsky's 'Rite of Spring'.
Feeling jittery? That would be the dopamine. This might just work as an inducer, actually, because of it's biological basis. Though, the only thing is that you'll have to find different (dissonant) music each time because otherwise your brain will start to create a tolerance for that music and secrete less and less dopamine.
      Let's try it!
The question is What is the question?

How about "Hide and Seek" by Imogen Heap? Extremely dissonant (I believe it's 5-part harmony), yet extremely beautiful.

Here's the music video. Video's kind of dumb, but the song is great. Also has the added bonus of being very relaxing, so it will help you get to sleep.

On the other hand, you might accidentally crack up as soon as you get to the "Mmm watch'ya saaay" part like me

Charles Ives' fourth symphony would be a good one to use...Different sections of the orchestra playing in different keys and different time signatures simultaneously, yet unlike The Rite of Spring, actually listenable. Might get some psychadelic dreams out of that one.

Btw why would dopamine make one jittery??

Dopamine is more prevalent in little children. That's why they seem so scared of everything and agitatable, ergo jittery
