Anyone had any luck with this supplement. It sounds like a good one as it benefits in two ways. 1) Produces Dopamine which increases vividity and confidence (Dream control). 2) Produces Norepinephrine which increases focus and dream vividness. Its also cheap and readily avaliable.

Yes, I have had success with Green Tea extract tablets a couple of times when taking them after sleeping several hours and going back to bed, WBTB, the ones I used Tea Max, I believe had 50mg of caffeine as well which may have helped as well.

So I tried 5-HTP and a Green Tea Supplement Pill before bed. And I did indeed have a lucid the morning after. It was a bit bonkers, full of FA's. But a lucid none the less.

What kind of brand do you use and how much each time? I myself bought Source Naturals with 100 mg/pill, but havent tested it yet.

All tea does this basically. Btw I just posted a thread on tea a few days ago. I had some good results and so did a friend.

Peppermint tea. Well the smell of it I guess is what I saw on the forum. 3 times taken, 3 times DILDS pretty vivid too.
