I'm not an avid lucid dreamer, but every few days I'll try and go for a lucid dream. I do a lot of reading on webpages and what not about things that you can do to help gain lucidity, and one of the things I came across was that people could eat certain foods and ingredients in them would help with lucid dreaming. I remember that one of the most helpful was ones was pretty much any dairy product, specifically milk and cheese. |

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.
I don't think cheese helps at all. Why do I say that? I eat cheese on a daily basis in both morning and night in some cases and the night ones happen to be maybe 2-3hours before bed and my recall is still the same as it was before. Note, I've been eating cheese at night for many years, lol |
