      What can I eat to improve dream recall?

      I've been taking taking the following for two days just before bed:
      1. Two boiled eggs (Choline)
      2. 1500mg of fish oil
      3. Mint tea
      4. 500mg of Glycine
      and I had lucid dreams. This dreams were vivid and long, but I remember them partially... What can I add to this list to improve dream recall?

      First things first, are you keeping a dream journal?

      We have a list of many supplements and vitamins here, in this tutorial.

      as far as i've been able to tell, no foods help with dream recall, but many help in achieving lucidity in dreams. the best way to improve recall is dream journaling and that should help improve your recall

      Yes, of course I'm keeping it since 2005. In both of this dreams I start in my room like an OBE but this is LD because I can move objects and other people can see me. I remember the begining of the dream quite well, but then I gradually loose lucidity and I don't remember the following events
      Any suggestions?

      I'm thinking of eating 2 apples, 2 bananas and some cheese. May this help?
      Also what is better - put a fresh twig of mint into teapot with black tea (This already worked for me) or brew a tea bag of peppermint?

      I tried this in addition to things mentioned in the first post and there was nothing... I didn't become lucid and didn't even remembered a dream...
