      Sleeptracker pro

I recently found this product while browsing online. The Sleeptracker pro is a watch that is intended to wake you when at your max brain activity in REM sleep. This means that it could wake you directly from a dream. It also tracks sleep data, so I assume you could graph your sleep pattern? This looks like an invaluable aid to dreamers. Has anyone tried it?

not for $180. Seriously, if you wanted to spend a crap load of money on a dream tool, get a nova dreamer. The watch does seem nice though.
I ♥ DREAMVIEWS. I always have, and I always will. There is nothing else to it.

Nova Dreamers are generally even more expensive than 180, as they aren't even in production even more.

@OP: I wouldn't try it, it's always better just to follow the usual rules and methods for lucid dreaming. It's a lot cheaper, and you won't have to rely on a device.

      Anyone who says
Stage 5 of sleep, also known as REM (rapid eye movement) sleep, is marked by extensive physiological changes, such as accelerated respiration, increased brain activity, rapid eye movement, and muscle relaxation. People dream during REM sleep.
I'm hesitant to listen to or send money to, especially when they claim to be experts or in this case selling a product related to sleep cycles. You'd think they'd know: You dream during NREM as well. But, they only mention REM.

I'm also very wary of this product because all it says about how it works is
Because you wear SLEEPTRACKER® on your wrist like a watch, its internal sensors can detect even the most subtle physical signals from your body.
      Gee, that's helpful.

If you decide to splurge, let me know how it goes. I wouldn't spend the money though, not unless you could find out if it actually has any way to sense anything more accurately and you can find actual details about it.

I see that the marketing is designed for a less educated audience than that of dv... after doing further research, including a review by a biotech researcher who makes sleep monitoring devices for labs etc, the product is very rudimentary. Just wondering if a dreamer has used it...

btw.. I am not considering buying it, just seeing if anyone else has used it or a device like it.
