      A good RC?

Trying to get use to RCing, but i know just randomly doing it is pointless, what is a good object to RC? Something kinda common but not common, but something i will know i WILL see in my dreams. Just to get me started.

I would recommend having a dream journal and writing down your dreams, so that you see common habits in your subconscious. Personally, I try to do an RC whenever I get lost in a certain emotion, like deep anger or pure wonderment and joy. In my dreams I tend to get carried away with things like that, so I RC whenever something intense or interesting happens in my daily life.

Here's some great ideas that helped me.
      Test your reality whenever you:
      1. Urinate
      2. Arrive at work
      3. Walk through your front door
      4. Check the time
      5. Experience anything odd/or weird. ex. Say an old 1930s car drives by (it did the other day and I did a RC, but I was awake) Some times weird and unsual things happen while we are awake and those are perfect times to train your brain to do a RC.
The other ones on the list, such as urinating, is to train you to do RC often, because you defeintely use the restroom more often the odd occurences. This will help RC to become 2nd nature to you.
and TIP 6. Any time you hear a beep on your digital watch. Get a digital watch. Wear it 24/7 and make sure the 'chime' is on, (the hourly beep)
That should make sure you are testing at LEAST 10 times a day. ps the digital watch helped me with my last LD. Just look at the time, look away, and back again. WTF! the time changed! yahoo!!! (don't get too excited though, you'll wake up)

Great points, Henry, although make sure it doesn't become a monotonous habit that you don't think about. Whenever you do it, really think about it and question your surroundings/state of being, even if you know without a doubt that you're awake, you have to introduce doubt and awareness as habits.

      That's just what's helped me.
