I currently am taking 200mg B6 and 3mg melatonin when I go to sleep at night. (I also eat about a tablespoon of cheddar cheese, for the tryptofan)
I also have a multivitamin that I take mid-day, and I also have Magnesium 250mg tablets. (i heard magnesium helps w/ melatonin.. or b6.. or something)
I was just wondering if anyone out there with experience w/ these has any suggestions on when taking these?
I'm also waking up at 4.5 hours in and staying up for about half an hour, popping 100mg b6 and going back to sleep with a MILD-attempt.
I'm on day 2 of this regimen, and I'm definitely having TONS of dreams, just gotta work on my recall.

Dream signs tonight: Had a dream where I was talking on my phone. Should have realized that I didn't have any minutes but it was still letting me talk.
